Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) designed to stimulate the natural production of human growth hormone (HGH). Originally FDA-approved for HIV-associated lipodystrophy, it is now widely used off-label to support body recomposition, cognitive health, and anti-aging in men and women experiencing low or declining growth hormone levels.
Tesamorelin works by binding to the GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland, triggering the natural release of HGH without suppressing the body's own production—unlike synthetic HGH injections.
⚙️ Stimulates Endogenous HGH Production Enhances the body’s natural secretion of human growth hormone and downstream IGF-1, supporting regeneration and repair.
🧠 Supports Brain Health Emerging research shows Tesamorelin may reduce cognitive decline and improve memory—particularly in aging populations.
🔥 Fat Reduction & Lean Muscle Preservation Improves body composition by reducing visceral fat while preserving or increasing lean mass.
🛌 Sleep & Recovery Enhancement HGH plays a critical role in sleep quality, cellular recovery, and overall vitality.
