At Renu Cryo Medispa, we stand behind the quality of our coaching programs and telehealth services. Our goal is to provide a seamless and supportive experience for every client.
Refund Eligibility – Coaching Programs:
If you are not medically approved for a prescription after completing your telehealth intake and consultation with our licensed partner provider (Qualiphy), you will receive a 100% refund of your purchase.
✅ Refunds are only granted if:
You complete the medical intake form in full
You are denied treatment by the medical provider
❌ Refunds will not be issued for:
Failure to complete the intake process
A change of mind after purchase
Lack of follow-through or missed communication
Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed after approval.
